Screening of the documentary by Mercedes Córdoba, an Italian-Argentine coproduction which, following the traces of food in its migration with Italian people from Italy to the Americas, narrates the birth of a new gastronomic tradition launched by Italians abroad.

A round-table on Italian Cuisine around the world will follow.

From Valparaíso but of Italian origins, Paola Podestà came across an old and dusty volume of the renown Manual by Pellegrino Artusi “The art of Eating Well”, the Bible of traditional Italian cooking. So, she decide to create “Succulento”, an innovative project in which the recipes by the Maestro from Forlimpopoli mix themselves with the new taste and tendencies of Chilean and world-wide cuisine.
