Within the workshop the participants will learn how to overcome the limits blocking the flow of Energy with the aim to reach an organic quality of the body and voice. They will learn some techniques aimed to improve their scenic presence and to acquire the base to build their own physical and vocal training.
The training will include a work on physical preparation, movement, perception dilatation, different tensions and energetic temperatures exploration, space and rhythm perception, singing, text. The work will foresee physical and vocal coordination elements, vocal harmony, polyphony, rhythm dramaturgy, acrobatics, action and reaction, creation and construction of individual and group physical actions.
During the workshop a part of the work will focus on some acrobatic elements, dynamic balance exploration, movement research, in order to search for organic and fluent quality of the acrobatic movement.
