Casa Artusi presents itself in Krakow within the 16th Italian Language Week in the World, under the High Patronage of the President of the Italian Republic. The occasion is also a foretaste of the 1st Settimana della Cucina Italiana nel Mondo.
"Artusi cookery book, Italy at the table" is the title of the conference by the vice president of Casa Artusi, Laila Tentoni, on the renowned “practical manual” Science in the Kitchen and the Art of Eating Well, that will be soon published in the Polish version by Proff. Tessa Capponi Borawska and Malgorzata Jankowska Buttitta.
Moreover, opening of the exhibition "Pellegrino Artusi and the Culinary Unification of Italy", first realized in 2011 by Municipality of Forlimpopoli, Casa Artusi and Emilia-Romagna Region Cultural Department to celebrate 100 years from Artusi’s death, the 120th anniversary of the first edition of the cookery book and the 100th of its last edition, the 150th anniversary of the Unification of Italy.
An Artusian tasting by Renato Bolsieri, one of the Casa Artusi’s chefs, will follow.
