The Week of Italian Cuisine in the World is a new yearly event promoting Italy's gastronomic culture abroad, exhibiting the quality and excellence of this essential component of Italy's identity and culture.
In this advanced event, the first complete French edition of the most famous Italian cookery book is presented in Lyon: "La Science en cuisine et l'art de bien manger" (Science in the Kitchen and the Art of Eating Well), translated by Marguerite Pozzoli and Lise Chapuis.
The Artusian manual is expounded by Professors Marguerite Pozzoli and Alberto Capatti.

On the occasion, the Mayor of Forlimpopoli Mauro Grandini presents the Artusi Prize to Paul Bocuse, represented by the vice-president of the Paul Bocuse Institute, Hervé Fleury.
