On the occasion of the first complete French edition of the famous Italian cookery book “Science in the Kitchen and the Art of Eating Well” by Pellegrino Artusi ("La Science en cuisine et l'art de bien manger", translated by Marguerite Pozzoli and Lise Chapuis, Actes Sud edition), presented in Lyon on 4th November, the exhibition curated by the Culture Department of Emilia- Romagna Region, the Municipality of Forlimpopoli and Casa Artusi “Pellegrino Artusi” opens on 5th November.
The “Mariette” from Forlimpopoli take care of the aperitif while four renowned chefs, two of them Italian and two French, prepare a menu with recipes from the famous “practical manual”.

The events of “Welcome to Pellegrino Artusi and the Romagna” in Lyon are part of the first Week of Italian Cuisine in the World.
