On the same occasion, opening of the exhibition “Pellegrino Artusi and the Italian unity in the kitchen”, realized by Forlimpopoli City Council in collaboration with Casa Artusi, Emilia-Romagna Region Cultural Department, Cineteca of Rimini.
The exhibition illustrates Pellegrino Artusi’s life and work and the genesis of his renowned “practical manual”.
