This activity is part of the project RE-GENERATION in Comedy - Commedia dell'Arte from the Renaissance to the Twenty-First Century for employment of young people.
In 2016, Fraternalcompagnia, through its workshops and advanced training courses on Commedia dell'Arte, worked with about 50 actors, 23 of which participated in a residential project for small groups made up of 7 participants, with workshops ranging from canovaccio writing to actual production.

Residency 2017 - France - Commedia dell'Arte and new languages
Basing on their past experiences, this year FraternalCompagnia is developing a new experimental project on Commedia dell'Arte: a French-Italian co-production of the show Captain Fracassa - The Amazing Adventures of Baron de Sigognac, inspired by the novel by Théophile Gautier.
In partnership with the French association Palinsesto and with the collaboration of Université Paris 3 - Sorbonne Nouvelle, this bilingual production will be distributed in both Italy and France and will debut at the Sorbonne Nouvelle. The group is composed of Italian and French young actors under the age of 36, and production will take place from April 11th to April 23rd 2017. The company will also hold seminars and workshops in collaboration with the Conservatoire de Gentilly.
