New overseas stage of the 'Beyond Borders' project. A meeting and a workshop at the University of Playa Ancha on the remote collaboration work done for the creation of the VIDEODANTE#Chile web performance series, in co-operation with Performer Persona Project Chilean theatre company.
The series was made thanks to the support of the Emilia Romagna Region Consulta degli Emiliano Romagnoli nel mondo and the Italian Cultural Institute in Santiago within the “Contemporaneità e tradizione” project on the occasion of the celebration of the 700th anniversary of the death of Dante Alighieri.

The workshop Dante sin fronteras, performadividad entre contemporaneidad y tradicion is directed by Anna Dora Dorno, Nicola Pianzola, and Claudio Santana Bòrquez, founder of the Performer Persona Project company.
Starting from textual fragments of Dante’s Divine Comedy, performative actions will be develop through video theatre and web video performance, in a process of remote creative work. Participants will work on translating suggestions of Dante’s text into a performative action in relation to the video support, to create fragments of video theatre.
